We are local. That means you get the freshest and healthiest booch in Seattle. Its truly a small business. I do all the brewing, all the packaging, all the selling and all the deliveries. We do everything in small batches, can it up, and get it to you. If you ever have any questions or just want to talk kombucha you can always just reach out and say hi, no secrets here!
We are low sugar. And we mean it. A lot of kombucha out there claims to be low sugar but in reality it isn't. Most commercial kombucha is loaded with juice or added sugars, they don't care about your health, they want you to buy their sugar water. Our unique brewing process allows us to make ultra tasty kombucha, keep it raw and alive, and still be under 7g sugar per can!
We are tea focused. That means we flavor with teas and spices, not juice or extracts. All of our teas meet and exceed the highest standards in the world for ethics, quality and health. We know our tea growers, know the land owners and know every step of the process, from earth to the can in your hand. That's why we put our teas front and center in the flavor department! We even have a "tea guy" who hand selects and approves of all the tea we use to brew with. This makes our kombucha dry, unique, bold and luxurious while being packed with more antioxidants than the other kombuchas on the market.
